Veterans Affairs

Rebound Behavioral Health offers comprehensive treatment for United States military veterans who are struggling with mental health disorders and addictions through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN).

We are a leading provider within the Department of Veterans Affairs CCN and are committed to offering quality care for U.S. veterans.

What Is the Community Care Network?

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN), created in 2018, offers a direct link between the VA and providers throughout the U.S.

The VA developed the CCN to ensure that U.S. veterans get 24/7 access to quality care. The CCN allows veterans to receive treatment from VA facilities and authorized providers within their communities.

The CCN is made up of six regional networks, which includes thoroughly vetted treatment providers for residents of the United States and all U.S. territories.

The VA has partnered with several third-party administrators (TPAs) to establish these regional networks. Optum Public Sector Solutions Inc. serves as the TPA for three regions; TriWest Healthcare Alliance serves as the TPA for two regions; and the sixth region, which includes American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands, does not yet have a designated TPA.

Optum

Rebound Behavioral Health is located in Region 3 of the Community Care Network. Our treatment center is served by Optum Public Sector Solutions Inc., also known as Optum, which is part of UnitedHealth Group.

Optum received a contract from the VA in 2018 that authorized it to begin serving as the TPA for three regions belonging to the CCN.

Optum is the TPA for Regions 1-3, which includes the northeastern, southeastern, and central areas of the United States, as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands.
