Admissions at Rebound Behavioral Health
If you have been searching for the right treatment program for yourself or a member of your family, then you are well aware of how complicated and frustrating this process can be.
At Rebound Behavioral Health, we recognize these difficulties as well, and we have made a concerted effort to eliminate the obstacles that can delay or even deter a person from getting into treatment. Our dedication to efficient and effective services should be evident from the first phone call that you make to our program, and we are confident that it truly shines through in our admissions process.
We have developed our admissions process with three important goals in mind:
- To ensure that we have matched the individual with the type and level of services that will best prepare him or her for long-term success
- To ensure that the individual and his or her family members have all of the information that they need, and feel that they are valued, respected, and included
- To get the individual into treatment as quickly and seamlessly as possible
Starting the Admissions Process
Our admissions process begins with a phone call.
To be sure that all who choose to heal with us receive the care that is best suited to their specific needs and treatment goals, Rebound Behavioral Health is proud to provide complementary needs assessments and, if necessary, referral services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can access these free services by calling the number at the bottom of the screen.
When you first contact us, you will speak with a knowledgeable and friendly staff member who will answer all of your questions about our programming and can help you determine if Rebound Behavioral Health is, indeed, the perfect place for you or your loved one. Our assessment teams consist of social workers, nurses, and licensed professional counselors, so you can be assured that you will be communicating with a trained individual who possesses both considerable expertise and a commitment to superior care.
When you first contact us, you will speak with a knowledgeable staff member who will answer all of your questions and help you determine if Rebound Behavioral Health is the perfect place for you or your loved one. All of the information that you provide will be reviewed by a team of professionals to ensure that Rebound Behavioral Health is capable of providing the care that you or your loved one needs.
In general, Rebound Behavioral Health is designed to serve adults ages 18 and above who need short-term inpatient care for one or more behavioral, mental, or emotional health issues, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
- Depressive disorders
- Substance abuse and addiction
- Anxiety disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Rebound Behavioral health is an ideal treatment option for individuals who have been struggling with dual diagnosis, or who are experiencing one or more co-occurring disorders.
In addition to our inpatient services, we also provide care at the partial hospitalization program (PHP) level for adults who can benefit from step-down support following their completion of inpatient care, or whose needs do not rise to the level at which inpatient services are required.
Scheduling Your Admission
If our admissions review leads to the conclusion that Rebound Behavioral Health is the optimal treatment program for you or your loved one, we will contact you to discuss details, such as the identification and verification of health insurance coverage, and setting an admissions date.
If you have been under the care of a psychiatrist, therapist, or other treatment professional prior to contacting us, you can sign release forms that will allow us to get your records and coordinate care.
If at any time during the admissions process it is determined that Rebound Behavioral Health would not be the ideal treatment provider for you or your loved one, we will be happy to work with you to provide referrals to other programs that may be better suited to your needs, or to the needs of your loved one.
